De får lära sig tekniker för att slappna av och hantera känsloladdade situationer. Yoga hjälper barnets välbefinnande, både för kroppen och själen. Barnen har lätt att röra på sig och yogaövningarna åstadkommer inre massage med andningsövningar som stärker inre organ. Det stärker kroppen och andningsövningarna stärker immunförsvaret. Förutom ökad smidighet, balans, koordination, energi och det fysiska välmående som blir av konstruktiv kroppsrörelse, ökar välbefinnandet även på ett psykiskt plan. Detta genom att först få uttrycka sig i rörelse och sedan få ett kreativt utlopp genom att måla och teckna. Om föräldrar deltar blir det även ett fantastiskt tillfälle att utveckla och stärka relationen med barnen, genom denna gemensamma aktivitet utan yttre distraktioner.</image:caption>
