Hey! My name is Laura Blanksvärd.

I have lived in Sweden for almost 20 years, before I lived in the United States for 20 years, but grew up in beautiful Italy.

Yoga has been a part of my life ever since my mom practiced yoga with me as a child. Health and well-being became an interest and I educated myself as a health therapist at the Center of Wholeness in Minnesota. I have trained myself as a child yoga and youth yoga leader in Norrtälje at Barnyoga.com, run by Studio Karma.

I have always enjoyed creating and expressing myself creatively, primarily by painting. Now I work in kindergarten and have a lot of experience with children, health and creative expressions.
